LOCATED IN PHNOM PENH CITY CENTER (PPCC)
Located in Phnom Penh City Centre (PPCC), the URBAN DATA CENTER is set to provide fundamental digital services to the residents of Phnom Penhās first and only Central Business District. Spanning over 100 HA of land, our Urban Data Center looks to service leading banking institutions, multinational corporate headquarters, ministries and key business operations that are expected to be located within PPCC.
As an integrated township ā unlike existing developments in Cambodia ā the focus is on setting up comprehensive infrastructure systems. PPCC will deploy an underground cabling system that will house all utility services away from the public eye while ensuring hassle-free maintenance.
Through the creation of new facilities and spaces, the development will create opportunities for the growth of commerce, culture, arts and sports in the Phnom Penh City Center. By 2025, the new PPCC district will be home to over 56,000 residents and more than 190,000 daily visitors.
A PART OF GLOBAL TECH EXCHANGE
Global Tech Exchange is a mixed-use SMART CITY development consisting of two office towers, a hotel with convention centre and an IT and media hub with a dedicated Data Center.
G-TECH is set to become a modern icon to the Phnom Penh Cityās Skyline and a landmark within the Urban Fabric.
