Core Responsibilities:
Sales Operations & Analysis:
Pipeline management and forecasting: Analyzing sales data to provide accurate forecasts and identify trends.
Sales performance tracking: Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and generating reports to assess sales team effectiveness.
Sales process optimization: Identifying and implementing improvements to sales workflows and processes.
CRM management: Ensuring accurate data entry and utilization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Territory planning and quota setting: Assisting in the development and implementation of sales territories and quotas.
Financial Analysis:
Financial modeling and analysis: Developing financial models to evaluate the profitability of deals and projects.
Budgeting and forecasting: Contributing to the development of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
Cost analysis: Analyzing costs associated with data center operations and cloud services to identify opportunities for optimization.
Revenue analysis: Tracking and analyzing revenue streams to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
Financial reporting: Preparing financial reports and presentations for management.
Deal analysis: Analyzing the financial aspects of sales deals, including pricing, profitability, and risk assessment.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Partnering with sales, operations, and finance teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Providing financial and operational insights to support strategic decision-making.
Collaborating with technical teams to understand the cost implications of data center and cloud solutions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor or master's degree in finance, business, or a related field.
2-3 years experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
Strong understanding of financial principles and practices.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to analyze large datasets and identify trends and proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
Understanding of data center and cloud technologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proven experience in sales operations and/or financial analysis, preferably in the technology industry.
Experience in the data center or cloud solutions industry is a plus.
