Responsibilities:
Implement effective sales plan to achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging market intelligence.
Manage and progress a pipeline of opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle, from initial contact to contract closure.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, opportunities, and forecasts.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target accounts.
Track and analyze sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
Contribute to the development of sales budgets and revenue projections.
Collaborate with other sales team members to share best practices and support overall team goals.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, IT, sales, marketing, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in sales or technology solutions is aplus.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
