Key Responsibilities:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.
Utilizing various sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, and networking, to identify qualified candidates.
Conducting thorough candidate assessments and interviews.
Managing offer negotiations and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.
Strategic Talent Sourcing:
Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent.
Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and talent communities.
Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Employer branding, and social media recruitment strategies.
Relationship Management:
Building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.
Providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Advising hiring managers on best practices for talent acquisition.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
Tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Generating reports and providing insights to management on talent acquisition trends.
Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Typical Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.
Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Knowledge of employment law, and best practices.
