Key Responsibilities:


  • Full-Cycle Recruitment: 

    • Managing the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.

    • Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    • Crafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms.

    • Utilizing various sourcing techniques, including online platforms, social media, and networking, to identify qualified candidates.

    • Conducting thorough candidate assessments and interviews.

    • Managing offer negotiations and ensuring a smooth onboarding process.


  • Strategic Talent Sourcing: 

    • Developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent.

    • Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and talent communities.

    • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.

    • Employer branding, and social media recruitment strategies.


  • Relationship Management: 

    • Building strong relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners.

    • Providing exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

    • Advising hiring managers on best practices for talent acquisition.


  • Data Analysis and Reporting: 

    • Tracking and analyzing key recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

    • Generating reports and providing insights to management on talent acquisition trends.

    • Utilizing applicant tracking systems (ATS).


Typical Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment.   

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.   

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Knowledge of employment law, and best practices.
