Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership: 

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their strategic goals and providing HR solutions to support those goals.

    • Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.

    • Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.


  • Talent Management: 

    • Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in the data center and cloud solutions industry.

    • Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for employees.

    • Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning initiatives.

    • Work with recruiting to create detailed and accurate job descriptions.


  • Employee Relations: 

    • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

    • Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.

    • Mediate disputes.


  • Performance Management: 

    • Implement and manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.

    • Provide coaching and feedback to managers on performance management best practices.   

    • Identify and address performance gaps.


  • Organizational Development: 

    • Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.

    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

    • Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

    • Analyze employee feedback and develop action plans.


  • Team Leadership: 

    • Supervise and mentor a team of HRBPs, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.

    • Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.

    • Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.

    • Distribute workload, and ensure deadlines are met.


  • HR Analytics: 

    • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making.

    • Generate reports and presentations to communicate HR data to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.   

  • 2-3 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HRBP roles.

  • Experience in the data center or cloud solutions industry preferred.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).

  • Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment.

  • SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
