Responsibilities:
Strategic Partnership:
Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, understanding their strategic goals and providing HR solutions to support those goals.
Collaborate with business leaders to identify and address HR-related challenges and opportunities.
Participate in strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Talent Management:
Develop and implement talent acquisition and retention strategies to attract and retain top talent in the data center and cloud solutions industry.
Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for employees.
Facilitate talent reviews and succession planning initiatives.
Work with recruiting to create detailed and accurate job descriptions.
Employee Relations:
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters, including performance issues, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Conduct investigations into employee complaints and grievances.
Mediate disputes.
Performance Management:
Implement and manage the performance management process, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development planning.
Provide coaching and feedback to managers on performance management best practices.
Identify and address performance gaps.
Organizational Development:
Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, mergers, and acquisitions.
Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.
Analyze employee feedback and develop action plans.
Team Leadership:
Supervise and mentor a team of HRBPs, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback.
Foster a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
Distribute workload, and ensure deadlines are met.
HR Analytics:
Utilize HR metrics and analytics to identify trends and inform decision-making.
Generate reports and presentations to communicate HR data to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
2-3 years of progressive HR experience, with a focus on HRBP roles.
Experience in the data center or cloud solutions industry preferred.
Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with business leaders.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
Demonstrated leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus.
