Key Responsibilities:
Team Leadership and Management:
Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters.
Set team goals and performance metrics.
Provide coaching and training to improve recruiting skills.
Monitor team workload and ensure efficient distribution of tasks.
Recruitment Strategy and Execution:
Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the ITC sector.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
Ensure a positive candidate experience.
Talent Market Analysis:
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity in the talent market.
Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Provide insights to management on talent availability and market conditions.
Employer Branding:
Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.
Participate in industry events and career fairs.
Manage the company's online presence on recruitment platforms.
Compliance and Reporting:
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.
Generate regular reports on recruitment activity and performance.
Work with HR to smooth out the onboarding process.
Technology and Tools:
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
Utilize social media and other online tools for sourcing and networking.
Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve efficiency.

Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.
