Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership and Management: 

    • Oversee and mentor a team of recruiters.

    • Set team goals and performance metrics.

    • Provide coaching and training to improve recruiting skills.

    • Monitor team workload and ensure efficient distribution of tasks.

  • Recruitment Strategy and Execution: 

    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the ITC sector.

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop detailed job descriptions.

    • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals.

    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.

    • Ensure a positive candidate experience.

  • Talent Market Analysis: 

    • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity in the talent market.

    • Analyze recruitment data and metrics to identify areas for improvement.

    • Provide insights to management on talent availability and market conditions.

  • Employer Branding: 

    • Promote the company's employer brand to attract top talent.

    • Participate in industry events and career fairs.

    • Manage the company's online presence on recruitment platforms.

  • Compliance and Reporting: 

    • Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.

    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records.

    • Generate regular reports on recruitment activity and performance.

    • Work with HR to smooth out the onboarding process.

  • Technology and Tools: 

    • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.

    • Utilize social media and other online tools for sourcing and networking.

    • Leverage data analytics to track recruitment metrics and improve efficiency.

  • Leadership and Management: Ability to motivate and lead a team.

  • Recruitment Expertise: Deep understanding of the full recruitment lifecycle and best practices.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.

  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of the ITC industry and the skills required for technical roles.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve recruitment challenges and find creative solutions.

  • Knowledge of employment law: understanding of local and national employment laws.

  • Negotiation Skills: Ability to negotiate offers and close candidates.
