Position Overview
We are looking for an innovative Creative Manager to lead the production of compelling visual and written content for our software application partner marketing initiatives. This role will focus on translating complex technical concepts into engaging creative assets that communicate our platform's value to software developers and vendors. The ideal candidate will combine technical understanding with creative direction skills to produce materials that resonate with sophisticated software audiences while driving partner acquisition and engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the creative vision for all partner marketing materials, ensuring both technical accuracy and compelling presentation
Manage a team of designers, copywriters, and multimedia specialists creating partner-focused content
Develop creative briefs and content strategies for software partner campaigns, events, and programs
Create visually engaging ways to explain technical integration concepts, API functionality, and partnership benefits
Design and produce co-marketing assets in collaboration with software partners
Oversee the visual presentation of technical documentation, integration guides, and partner resources
Develop creative standards and templates that balance technical information with visual appeal
Ensure all creative assets adhere to brand guidelines while effectively communicating to technical audiences
Direct the creation of interactive demos, explainer videos, and visualization tools for complex software concepts
Measure and optimize creative performance based on partner engagement metrics
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management to support evolving business needs and team objectives
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in creative direction or content production, preferably in technology marketing
Portfolio demonstrating successful creative work for technical products or services
Experience managing creative teams and production workflows
Understanding of software concepts, APIs, and technical integration fundamentals
Ability to translate complex technical information into accessible visual and written content
Proficiency with creative tools and design software
Strong project management skills with ability to prioritize multiple creative initiatives
Excellent communication skills for collaborating with technical stakeholders and subject matter experts
Bachelor's degree in Design, Communications, Marketing, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience creating content specifically for developer audiences or software partners
Background in technical writing, information design, or UX/UI design
Understanding of developer experience (DX) principles and documentation best practices
Experience with creating interactive technical demonstrations or product visualizations
Knowledge of software integration concepts and API functionality
Familiarity with technical community content preferences and engagement patterns
Experience with co-branded creative production in partnership ecosystems
Tools & Technology Proficiency
Design software (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, etc.)
Content production and management tools
Video production and editing software
Interactive design and prototyping tools
Technical documentation systems and developer portals
Basic understanding of code and technical concepts to inform creative direction
Familiarity with creative asset management systems
Knowledge of accessibility standards for technical content
