Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and analytical Marketing Executive to spearhead our marketing initiatives targeted at Software Application Partners. This role will focus on developing specialized marketing strategies that attract new software partners, nurture existing relationships, and create mutual growth opportunities. The ideal candidate will understand the unique challenges and opportunities within the software partnership ecosystem and craft messaging that resonates with software developers and vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies specifically tailored to the software application partner market segment
Create compelling content that showcases the value of integrating with our platform/products
Design and manage co-marketing programs with software partners to maximize reach and impact
Build and maintain relationships with software partner marketing counterparts to facilitate collaborative initiatives
Develop technical marketing materials that effectively communicate our product/solution benefits and opportunities
Create and manage software-focused campaigns to generate more leads and increase engagement among software application partners
Coordinate partner-specific events, hackathons, and technical workshops
Measure and report on the effectiveness of software partner marketing programs
Stay current on software partnership market trends and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management to support evolving business needs and team objectives
Required Skills & Experience
1+ years of experience in technology marketing, preferably with focus on developer relations or software partnerships
Demonstrated success in creating marketing programs for technical audiences
Understanding of software integration concepts, APIs, and development ecosystems
Experience with developer marketing or technical product marketing
Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking partner relationships
Strong technical aptitude and ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing messages
Experience with content marketing for technical audiences
Data-driven approach to campaign measurement and optimization
Preferred Qualifications
Background in software development or technical product management
Experience with partner or developer portal management
Understanding of software marketplace dynamics
Familiarity with API marketing and developer experience (DX) concepts
Experience with technical community building and engagement
Tools & Technology Proficiency
CRM software for partner relationship management
Social media platforms for technical community engagement
Email marketing tools for targeted campaigns
Technical content creation knowledge
