Position Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Marketing Supervisor to coordinate our day-to-day marketing activities targeting Software Application Partners. This hands-on role will focus on implementing marketing plans, supervising campaign execution, and ensuring quality delivery of partner marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will excel at operational execution, team coordination, and maintaining strong relationships with software partners while supporting the Marketing Manager in achieving departmental goals.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise the execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives targeting software application partners
Coordinate daily workflows and task assignments for the marketing team members
Ensure timely delivery and quality control of all marketing deliverables and content
Manage the production calendar for partner-focused marketing materials and campaigns
Serve as the primary point of contact for software partner marketing counterparts
Coordinate logistics for partner events, hackathons, webinars, and technical workshops
Implement tracking systems to monitor campaign performance and partner engagement
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities and key performance metrics
Train team members on marketing tools, processes, and best practices
Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness of marketing operations
Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned by management to support evolving business needs and team objectives
Required Skills & Experience
2+ years of experience in technology marketing, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Demonstrated success in campaign coordination and execution for technical audiences
Working knowledge of software integration concepts, APIs, and development ecosystems
Experience with project management methodologies and tools
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and quality
Proficiency with CRM systems for tracking partner relationships and campaign performance
Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in developer marketing or technical community engagement
Background in coordinating co-marketing activities with technology partners
Familiarity with developer portals and program operations
Understanding of software partner onboarding processes
Experience with content management systems and marketing automation tools
Knowledge of technical marketing best practices and metrics
Tools & Technology Proficiency
CRM software for partner relationship management
Project management and workflow tools (Asana, Monday.com, Trello, etc.)
Marketing automation and email campaign platforms
Content management systems
Social media platforms for technical community engagement
Basic understanding of analytics and reporting tools
Familiarity with developer documentation systems
