Key Responsibilities:
Needs Assessment and Analysis:
Identify skill gaps and training needs across various departments and roles within the ITC company.
Conduct surveys, interviews, and performance analyses to gather data on learning requirements.
Analyze industry trends and technological advancements to anticipate future learning needs.
Program Design and Development:
Design and develop engaging and effective training programs, including workshops, online courses, and blended learning solutions.
Create instructional materials, such as presentations, manuals, and e-learning modules.
Select and manage external training providers and vendors when necessary.
Ensure that training programs align with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Program Delivery and Facilitation:
Facilitate training sessions and workshops, both in-person and virtually.
Coordinate logistics for training events, including scheduling, venue booking, and equipment setup.
Provide coaching and mentoring to employees to support their learning and development.
Evaluation and Measurement:
Develop and implement evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
Analyze training data and generate reports on key metrics, such as participant satisfaction, knowledge gain, and behavior change.
Use evaluation results to continuously improve training programs.
Measure the ROI of training programs.
Learning Management System (LMS) Administration:
Manage and maintain the company's LMS, including user accounts, course content, and reporting.
Ensure that the LMS is user-friendly and accessible to all employees.
Troubleshoot technical issues related to the LMS.
Staying Current with Industry Trends:
Keep abreast of the latest trends in L&D, instructional design, and technology.
Attend conferences, workshops, and webinars to enhance professional knowledge and skills.
Research and evaluate new learning technologies and methodologies.
Team Leadership and Collaboration:
Supervise and mentor L&D team members.
Collaborate with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure alignment of learning initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across the company.
Compliance:
Ensure all training programs adhere to compliance standards and regulations.
